A group booking means 25 or more guests, or any student trip, sports team or event-based booking regardless of size. Use our group request process and the offer we send you; a group enquiry does not itself reserve beds.
All group stays are capped at a maximum of 5 nights. That’s long enough to make some questionable decisions but short enough to still make your flight home.
Can you hire a venue for a private event?
Absolutely. If you want a private slice of the chaos, you can hire our spaces for your event. We offer several options:
- The Restaurant: enquire about group dinners or private gatherings, and ask us to confirm the seating capacity and layout for your event.
- The Discotheque: enquire about our basement club for private parties and DJ nights. We will need to confirm capacity and arrangements for your event setup. You bring the energy, we’ll bring the chaos.
- The Whole Damn Place: feeling ambitious? Ask about hiring the full venue, subject to availability and an agreed offer.

Are there special rules for groups with minors?
Look, we’re not here to babysit. If you’re bringing guests aged 16 or 17, there are some firm ground rules to ensure everyone stays safe and we stay sane. Please note the following before making a request:
- Minimum Age: We do not accept guests under 16 under any circumstances.
- Prior Approval: our reservations department must approve every booking involving minors before you book.
- Accompaniment Required: all minors must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, group leader or chaperone.
- Eligible Dates: dates must meet the underage rules and be approved by reservations; a Sunday–Thursday request is not automatic approval.
- No Weekends or Holidays: Bookings with minors are not accepted on weekends (Friday-Saturday) or during busy holiday dates such as King’s Day, New Year’s or Easter.
